Enfusion Kickboxing is one of the world’s top Kickboxing organizations. Their events are held from their home base in the Netherlands to Spain, Germany and many other countries all over the world. All events are filmed with the latest state of the art equipment, delivering high quality productions.

However, despite the quality of production for these events, Enfusion’s success on Facebook was coming up short.

The Challenge

Even though Enfusion were delivering on the production front it was odd that such successes did not seem to have transitioned over to social media. Despite having a creditable social media team in place, it felt as if the team’s efforts could not break through with their fans.
Facebook can be a tricky platform with its ever-changing algorithm and rules.

If an organization’s social media team is not versed in such constant changes they will quickly fall behind in performance. This can lead to many businesses feeling that social media is not worth the time and effort and/or that it just does not work.

Convincing a company to embrace social media platforms like Facebook when they have had an average experience is difficult and skepticism is often the first reaction. Enfusion was no different in their reaction, but they were also willing to make a change given that rakcna MEDIA could actually prove it was not “all talk”.

The Solution

Thanks to past data of Enfusion’s fight fan audience, rakcna MEDIA was able to identify age range, gender and most likely the location of someone that would engage with their brand. The next step was to create the content that worked best for Enfusion. With a large library of events, it was clear it was not being used to the best of their advantage.

Using some of Enfusion’s archive footage rackna MEDIA were able to produce content that had, for the most part, never been released before. It was consumed by fans in their millions. What was old was new to fans who love combat sports. Unique edits of these videos helped them go viral with one video in particular reaching over 30 million views in one month.

The Result

Enfusion’s numbers skyrocketed not only in video views but also likes, followers, engagement and reach. After one month with rakcna MEDIA steering Enfusion’s social media ship the numbers spoke for themselves.

Facebook Video Views Increase – 1922%
Facebook Likes Increase – 672%
Facebook Followers Increase – 3743%
Facebook Reach Increase – 1273%
Facebook Engagement Increase – 2342%
